Our practice specialises in treating anxiety, fears, stress, depressive symptoms, childhood traumatic experiences, ADHD, OCD, academic concerns and fear to fail, self-esteem issues, sensitivity to criticism, trust issues, and much more. We will work collaboratively with you to better understand what has been inhibiting you or has been standing in your way. From that, we will figure out how to break through these walls and dysfunctional patterns using yur own inner strengths and resilience.
